What does wellbeing mean to you?

With professional certification in Personal Training, Pilates and Social Work, I hold a holistic outlook on what constitutes one's health and wellbeing.

​

If your intuition guides us together, I look forward to walking with you along your journey to empowered wellness.

Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to:

​

- Matwork Pilates & strengthening the pelvic floor

- Personal Training using accessible tools in your home environment / outdoors

- Working with people with a wide range of abilities / additional needs

- Creating a plan for living well, including building a toolkit of self-care resources

- Looking at physical movement and ways to incorporate more into your day

- Exploring what you love to do

- Exploration of different forms of meditation & mindfulness

- Incorporating manifestation, goal setting, & vision boards into your daily life

- Creating meaningful daily rituals

- Establishing a gratitude practice, and why this is proven to enhance your well-being

- Sunlight & our biology

- Post natal wellbeing

 

As a registered NDIS Provider, the above services may be included in funding provided by your package.
