I am Mum of two and the first to admit that striking a harmonious balance in life is a real challenge and one that has to constantly be worked towards. Especially if there are additional stressors in your life such as a child or partner with additional needs.​

Additionally, I hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate, as well as a Blue Card for working with children.

 

I am located in Woombye on the  Sunshine Coast for face to face appointments, or can link up online / over the phone for telehealth.
