Community Access Support

I provide professional, experienced and friendly support for NDIS Participants who would like to access community events and services.

With a lifelong passion to help others, I am genuinely here to ensure that all people have the right to basic human needs such as belonging, self-esteem and enjoying life to the fullest!

As a registered NDIS Provider, your plan may be funded in accessing support for the following:

​

- Increasing your ability to participate within the community at events or gatherings

- Transport and support with appointments, grocery shopping, Post Office, Bank, etc

- Support to use public transport or I can provide reliable, insured transport across the Sunshine Coast

- Experiencing a fun day trip to the beach, cinema or your favourite café

Cost: $90 per hour
